Adding RTC Driver, r_rtc_cfg.h not found?

I'm trying to add the RTC Driver, but when I build I get an error indicating that the file 'r_rtc_cfg.h' is not found.  I see other components adding a _cfg.h in the directory ..\synergy_cfg\ssp_cfg\driver , but none for this.  Do I have to add something else?  This is SSP 1.0.0.
