Cap Touch Button Module Guide

I am continually running into an error when trying to run the CTSU peripheral with the following application project.

 I downloaded the file listed: an-r11an0223eu0100-synergy-capacitive-touch-button-fw-mod-guide.ziz

I import following the import guide.

1. 1. I get prompted by the e2studio that the project was build upon an on SSP verson of 1.2
   2. I say yes to switching to the newest version 1.5.

I noticed in the BSP tab in the Synergy Configuration an exclamation point on the version for 1.5.1. Apparently only some of the software modules for this application are available in version 1.5.1 and the remaining are in 1.5.0

• Could this be causing issues?

Debug the project

1. 1. Prompt about the debug configuration needing to be updated to the newest e2studio version.

While debugging I get the error, BSP_CFG_HANDLE_UNRECOVERABLE_ERROR(0);

1. 1. This seems to stem from, the function “void g_sf_touch_button_err_callback_internal(void *p_instance, void *p_data) “ line # 38 in file “capacitive_touch_thread.c”
   2. This is called because the function “sf_touch_button_init0(void)”  on line #52 encounter an error trying to run the p_api->open function call

This results in the error SSP_ERR_CTSU_OFFSET_ADJUSTMENT_FAILED.
