Can't get RTOS Resources to show

I'm trying to use the RTOS Resources tab to debug but can't get it to populate.   I've been able to use this in the past by doing the following:

Click, 'Renesas Views', 'Partner OS', 'RTOS Resources'.  It would then popup a dialog whereas I'd select ThreadX, then it would display the 'RTOS Resources' tab and several fields with Thread Debug info.  

Can you assist?  I've tried both SSP 1.0.0 and SP 1.1.0 (with the proper e2Studio of course).
