I have NetX project running on PE-HMI1 board, that has only one network socket which is connected to channel 1. I didn't have to change anything except to point my NetX Port instance to channel 1 and enable the interrupt. It is worth checking if the reset pin (07_06) is set to GPIO Output on the Pins tab. Also verify that the ETH1 switch on the mainboard switch array (S5) is set to ON.
