S1JA operating voltage of 24bit ADC

Hi. 

I would like to inquire about the operating voltage of the S1JA 24bit SDADC.

The condition of VCC / AVCC0 / AVCC1 in the 1208 page is 2.7 to 5.5V,

and the condition of VCC / AVCC0 / AVCC1 in the 1177Page is 1.6 to 5.5.

This part confuses me, and I have not found the voltage limitations,

 I want to know the operating voltage range of the SDADC24.
