I have a custom board I have disabled all peripherals except the jtag. I have P101 set up as an output.

S7G2 SK setup
The pin is acting like an input. I toggle the output, and nothing happens. It stays low. When I pull it up with an external 1K resistor, it goes high. Is there some setting I don't understand?
