Background:
I was able to get the ESP 32 WROOM demo code up and running using SSP 1.5.3 from a previous post.
I then was able to successfully update my application code to SSP 1.5.3.
The next step was to merge the WiFi demo code into the application project. I was able to do this, but now the linker is failing with the error in the title. The full error is:
"cannot move location counter backwards (from 00000818 to 00000800)"
The build outputs and code sizes for each project are listed below.

The device used for both is the R7FS5D97E3A01CFC.
After some searching, I found a lot of posts on other websites that mention this could indicate out of memory, but I do not think this is the cause in my case due to the part and size outputs of the builds mentioned above.
Has anyone seen this before or know what would cause this?
