Problem in starting SPI communication

i am having problem in starting SPI communication on Synergy s5d9
i am using IAR envoirment and using SPI HAL driver (without RTOS)
i just want to send some data and check it on Oscilloscope, but i cant see any thing
i am connecting probe of oscilloscope on pin P410 for data and p411 for clock signal
