MQTT with a cellular device who has a TCP/IP stack embedded

Hello,

I want to interface a cellular module with a Synergy S3 for IoT MQTT protocol.
The hardware module is AT cellular command interface compliant and the TCP/UP stack is on-chip embedded.

I would like to use the X-Ware "NetX Duo framework MQTT Client" module with the Cellular Framework module as Network Driver.

Is this a good method?
If so, which Cellular Framework should I use? (CAT1, CAT3, or Quectel CATM1?) I don't see this in the documentation of my cellular module.
