When i am creating a thread, a thread_entry.c file should automatically get created but it is not getting created.

I am using E2 studio v6.2.0 and ssp v 1.4.0

when i am creating a thread, a thread_entry.c file should automatically get created. But it is not getting created.

Can anyone please help me out of this?????
