Wrong behaviour of "Flashloader Example" on SK S7G2

I am trying to use the flashloader example code that it can be found at the following link:

This example has been loaded on SK S7G2 evaluation kit, modifying the board and BSP configuration for DK S7G2.

I compile "USB CDC - blocking" project. Inicialy when I execute the program on the board, LEDs are 500ms turned on and 500ms are turned off. I follow the steps of the documentation (using Renesas Synergy Flashloader.exe) and I add correctly the bch file "LED_Blink_Fast_Slot0_v5".

Before that, LEDs should be changed into 5Hz blinking (200ms), but the perfomance of the downloader code is completely different. Two of them are turned off (orange and red) and the first one keeps turned on (green).

I don't understand why it happens. Maybe I have to make changes on the code or the configuration file.
