Is there any API/variable which will give me the Baudrate of the CAN controller?

Basically I want to set some baudrate and check whether the baud rate is correctly set or not?

How can I read the baudrate of the CAN controller in software.

ALso how can I change the baudrate of the CAN controller in runtime using APIs?
