I have started a project with S5D9 fast prototyping kit . When i go to http://renesas.com/iotsandbox/S5D9/getstarted and enter my thing name, the dashboard is empty. I also checked the demo at https://renesas.freeboard.io/board/WucDYK?boardid=S5D9-db3f which also turned up empty. Assuming this was a browser compatibility issue, I tried the same url in chrome, firefox and microsoft edge, but with similar results. upon checking the console on firefox a websocket connection error was displayed (Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at wss://renesas.dweet.io/socket.io/1/websocket/T_VFZ0kbQsXOZbhVGKo8.) . The status code is 502 Bad Gateway.
Anybody please tell me how to resolve this or is it a server error ?
