Program executes with Debugger but not stand alone.

I am using the SK-S7G2 with SSP 1.3.0 and e2studio 5.4.0.023.

I can execute my program using the Debugger but if I disconnect the debugger and apply power to the PCB externally, my program does not run (the 3 LEDs just stay off).  To create this test project, I created a New Synergy C Project for the SK-S7G2 and selected the Blinky project and I made no changes to the code nor any project properties.

I do have some older project for the SK-S7G2 that execute perfectly without the debugger connected but I can't find any settings that are different other than my older programs run on older versions of SSP.
