I created a board support package, but found out later that I had to modify it. The name of the original is WolfPack1V2, which I retained for the update. The Sub-group and the Board name are wolf_pack_1v2, to reflect the name of the containing folder for the Board file. This also has not changed. And would rather not change.
When I attempt to submit, I get the following:
I assume the version that exists on both GUIs, the one on "Export project components and settings to a user pack" and the other one on "Specify board details for the export" have to do with the version of the SSP, and not my version (Why do they ask twice, by the way?), so I simply changed the name to WolfPack1V2b. This was accepted, but then I saw no modifications to my old project. The reference is for wolf_pack_1v2 and not WolfPack1V2. What is the real danger if I simply overwrite my old custom BSP? I've had a lot of issues with the custom BSP in the past and want to avoid headaches.
