I have 4 to 5 modules which have 12850 ic in them.I cant figure it out which company's ic is this.I want to read and write this ic and reprogram this ic but i cant find the tool to program this ic.I think this ic might be of renesas company.I really need to know the tools and adapters needed for programming this ic.If anyone here is familiar with this ic please help me out i will be willing to buy atleast 100 pieces of this ic and its programmer with the adapters from who ever tells me.
