Cap Touch (Wheel)

Hi,

We developed a board which have 2 cap buttons, 1 slider and 1 wheel.

The touch pad layouts were made based on the Renesas board below:

That is our board:

The Slider and Buttons are working well.

The wheel is showing a instable behavior. Sometimes it triggers the touch callback, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it reports the HELD event for a long time since the pad was RELEASED. And it also reports wrong touch positions sometimes.

During the calibration process in the "Capacitive Touch Workbench for Renesas Synergy" it also presented a different behaviour compared to the Slider and Buttons.

In that screen which we have to press the board as asked for the program, the counter value shown when the pad wasn't pressed was around 16000 for all of them (Buttons, Slider and Wheel). When the Buttons or Slider was pressed, that counter value went to around 17400, but when the Wheel was pressed that counter value went to only around 16200~16300.

Is it normal to the Wheel return different values from the counter?

We made the calibration process several times without any new results.

Now we are trying to manually modify the generated calibration values in the "captouch_configs/ctsu_configs/utilities/r_touc.h", but without success also.

There are too many parameters and we are felling lost, we are randomly changing them. We hope you can help us change the correct ones.
