Low Voltage Detection (LVD) w/ Flash data storage on DK S7G2

I'm working with the DK S7G2 development kit and trying to save my structure into flash memory when the power is turned off.

I have tested and verified my QSPI interface is working properly and I can save & read data from my flash memory.

I have added the LVD driver with a threshold of 2.99V (trigger on decreasing) into my project with a callback function. The callback sets a flag and data is stored to the Flash.

It seems like there is not enough time for the full operation to complete. When unplugged, The first 2 words (64 bits) of the Flash get erased to 0 but the new data never gets saved..

Could this be a hardware problem (need a larger capacitor on the memory IC or MCU)? Should I be writing to my flash within my interrupt to decrease time?

Not sure what else to try since debugging is very difficult (have to shut the board off to test), any suggestions or sample projects on the development kit would be appreciated.

Regards,

Esteban
