Pin configuration migration to 1.2.0.beta1

I have a custom BSP for my hardware, built under SSP V. 1.1.0, but it may not have been created the right way. I used it for SSP 1.1.0 in a way that I selected the custom-BSP for a new project and then copied my (µC).pincfg to the project folder.
Trying the same with SSP 1.2.0 beta1 does not work, it rejects the .pincfg file, says it is invalid.

Is there a less time consuming way to convert the former content to the new format than to transfer the settings peripheral by peripheral and pin by pin in the pin configuration panel manually?
