Which component are you adding? When console framework is added, you would normally point to the comms interface for it (I'm assuming that's what you're doing). Please ensure that ux, sf_el_ux, sf_el_ux_comms and ux_device_class_cdc_acm are all ticked on the components tab in the configurator. If you're still seeing the problem, you can either copy over the missing header file from the other project (synergy_cfg/sf_el_ux_cfg.h) or rebuild your project from scratch creating a blank project and copying over configuration.xml and *.pincfg files as well as src folder.
