As far as I'm aware, you're not mounting FileX instance in the USB mass storage device. MSD is controlled by the host system which is whatever you're connecting the Synergy board to (i.e. PC). Running MSD stack means that you're simply providing LBA -> ramdisk address translation (if your partition is placed in ram) and returning one sector of data on request from the host system.
This aside, we have ran FTP + HTTP servers on a single board at the same time, using the same FileX instance (usually USB stick) and it has always worked fine. What problems are you seeing when using both NetX stacks on the same storage instance?
